Thank you for shopping at Waslleh. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Return Conditions:

You may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Unopened & Unused Products
   Products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if:
   • The item is unused
   • Still in its original sealed packaging
   • Includes all accessories and documentation
2. Defective or Faulty Products
   If the item is defective or has a problem, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, even if it has been opened or used. The product must:
   • Show clear evidence of a fault or malfunction
   • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

🔁 Exchange or Refund:

• After inspecting the returned item, we will either:
  • Send you a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders or special components may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Any item returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not be accepted.

🛍️ شروط الإرجاع:

1. المنتجات غير المفتوحة وغير المستخدمة
   يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط:
   • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم
   • مغلق في تغليفه الأصلي
   • يحتوي على جميع الملحقات والمرفقات
2. المنتجات التي تحتوي على خلل أو عيب
   إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على مشكلة أو خلل مصنعي، يمكنك إرجاعه خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، حتى لو تم فتحه أو استخدامه بشرط:
   • وجود دليل واضح على المشكلة أو العطل
   • ألا يكون الضرر ناتجًا عن سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب الخاطئ

🔁 الاستبدال أو الاسترداد:

• بعد فحص المنتج، سنقوم بـ:
  • إرسال بديل، أو
  • إصدار استرداد كامل للمبلغ على نفس وسيلة الدفع

🚫 المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:

• الطلبات الخاصة أو القطع المخصصة لا يمكن إرجاعها إلا إذا كانت معيبة.
• المنتجات التي يتم إرجاعها وهي تالفة أو ناقصة قد لا تُقبل.
